What It Takes to Be a Member of our Faculty

• 12 Early Childhood Education College Credits

• Experience working with young children

• Recent Physical and Negative TB Test prior to first dat of employment

• Background Check (LiveScan)

• Familiarity of the Montessori Approach is preferred but not required

• A Desire to make every moment a teachable one

• Commitment to Intentional Teaching and Creating Prepared Environments

• Ability To Work Well with Others

• Willingness to treat Families as partners in their children's education
